Chelsea Foster is a graphic designer, hand lettering artist and photographer based out of Downtown York, PA. Her primary work comes in the form of graphic and web design. Her specialty is in branding and marketing development but her work can be seen in children’s workbooks, posters, mailers, postcards, textbooks and more. Chelsea also creates customized hand lettering projects including wedding invitations, signage, holiday cards, and client requests.
