The Grotto is located at 2 W. Market St. on Continental Square in Downtown York, PA. We are on the second floor above Prince St. Cafe, York. (Enter under the Black “Rupp Building” awning.
For parking please consider the King Street Parking Garage or the Market Street Parking Garage. There is also street parking available along Market or George Street.

The Grotto Commons is located at 15 - 21 E. Philadelphia Street by the corner shared with Gift Horse Brewing Company. The campus is comprised of multiple buildings and the current entrances are designated as:
15 E Philadelphia St - The Main Grotto Commons Entrance
17 E Philadelphia St - The Founders’ Offices
For parking please consider the Philadelphia St. Garage which is located directly across the street from Central Market and is only half a block from The Grotto Commons. There is also street parking on George Street.

The Grotto is split into…
Rupp Building - Floor 2
The second floor of the Rupp Building houses private offices and public coworking space with a quiet booth for calls. On the floor is our conference room which is open for public rental and members to use. There's also with a lounge area for larger meetings and Grotto community events.
Rupp Building - Floor 4
The 4th floor, aka, the Grotto Creative, was crafted in response to the need for raw and moldable spaces. This floor includes private creative studios that house artists in the visual realm from photographers, to graphic and fashion designers.
We also have a photo studio which is open to the public with hourly rentals or monthly membership options.
